Oven Onion Potatoes

Directions

   Preheat oven to 425°.

   In a large plastic bag, mix all ingredients.

   Close bag and shake until all potatoes are evenly coated.

   Empty potatoes into a greased shallow baking dish.

   Bake, stirring occasionally, approximately 40 minutes, until potatoes are tender.

   Potatoes will stick if not stirred.
