- 1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
- 6 to 7 potatoes, quartered (medium size)
- 4 to 5 carrots, cut up
- 3 medium onions, cut up
- 3 c. bread, broken up
- 1 medium size can or more tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix the first 6 ingredients together and season.

2Do not add any water as it will make its own juice.

3Cook in a moderately hot oven (about 325°) for 3 hours or until the meat is done.

4Stir once in awhile to keep from sticking.
