Directions

1Rub roast with olive oil; sprinkle lightly with Season-All, garlic and cayenne powder on all sides.

3Place uncovered in Dutch oven.

4Cook at 500° for 7 minutes per pound.

5Turn off oven and do not open door for 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on size of roast.
