  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 sprigs dill weed
  • 4 slices lemon
  • 4 peppercorns
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine

    Place fish steaks in rectangular baking dish.

    Sprinkle with salt.

    Place dill weed sprigs, lemon slice and peppercorn on each.
