  • 6 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 6 medium size pork chops, browned
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/2 c. milk, heated

Directions

    Layer potatoes and cheese in baking dish.

    Place browned chops on top of potatoes and cheese.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Simmer onions in butter, then place over chops.

    Pour soup over ingredients; add milk.

    Cover with foil; bake at 350° for 1 hour. Uncover and bake another 1/2 hour.
