- 4 large pork chops
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced about 1/4 inch thick
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1In a heavy skillet, brown the pork chops on both sides in the vegetable oil, a minute or 2 per side.

2Place the chops in a large casserole dish.

3Layer on the potatoes, add the chopped onion.

4Add the soup, undiluted.

5Cover and bake at 325° for 45 minutes.

6Raise the oven temperature to 375° and bake for 30 minutes more.

7Remove the cover for the last 10 minutes for crispier chops.
