- 5 medium potatoes, unpeeled, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, chopped
- butter-flavor no-stick cooking spray

1Preheat the oven at 450°.

2Combine the soup mix, the potatoes and the onion in a large bowl.

3Stir gently, so that the vegetables are well coated with the soup mix.

4Place the vegetables in a shallow baking dish that has been well coated with the spray.
