  • 1 (1 oz.) envelope dehydrated onion soup mix
  • 5 medium potatoes, unpeeled, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • butter-flavor no-stick cooking spray

    Preheat the oven at 450°.

    Combine the soup mix, the potatoes and the onion in a large bowl.

    Stir gently, so that the vegetables are well coated with the soup mix.

    Place the vegetables in a shallow baking dish that has been well coated with the spray.

    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are tender and browned.
