  • 2 lb. chicken wings or thighs
  • 1/4 c. shoyu
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 c. corn oil
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. grated ginger
