  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 2 or 3 potatoes
  • 2 or 3 onions
  • 2 or 3 carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. instant tapioca
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

    Cut meat, potatoes, onions and carrots in bite size pieces. Place all ingredients in casserole. Stir to mix. Bake, covered, at 300° for 3 hours.
