- 5 carrots, cut up
- 5 potatoes (skins on optional)
- 3 onions, cut up
- 16 oz. can tomatoes, cut up
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
Directions

1Cut vegetables into suitable pieces.

2Mix all ingredients in Dutch oven that has been soaked in water.

3Cover tightly and bake 4 hours at 300° in preheated oven.
