- 1 c. or can green beans
- 1/4 c. tapioca pudding
- 1 can or c. sliced carrots
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 can stew tomatoes
- 2 cans or c. potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. minced onions
Directions

1Combine roast and drained vegetables in a large, deep pan. Pour stewed tomatoes, including juice, over roast, then sprinkle minced onions, tapioca pudding and brown sugar over the roast. Oven bake for 6 to 12 hours at 250° in a conventional oven or a crock-pot.
