Oven Style Cabbage

  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 slice Bacon (I used turkey bacon)
  • 1 as needed Salt
  • 1 as needed Pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Use a knife to cut the cabbage head into quarters.

    Wash the pieces in cold water before preparing to remove any dirt.

    Cut off the stems on each cabbage quarter.

    And proceed to cut cabbage up.

    Cut the bacon in to small, bite size pieces with your knife.

    Spread a piece of aluminum foil on a baking sheet and add cabbage and bacon

    Season your cabbage with salt and pepper and add butter to cabbage.

    Fold aluminium foil so that the cabbage is completely sealed inside.

    Bake for 1 hour or until cabbage is tender.
