  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 2 unbaked pie shells

    Mix eggs, sugar, margarine and vanilla; add coconut, raisins and pecans. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
