  • 3 large potatoes, peeled cut into thick chips
  • sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

    Preheat oven to 220C

    Place potatoes in a steamer for 7-8 minutes.

    Potatoes should be partly cooked and not completely tender.

    Lightly coat potatoes with olive oil.

    Put them on a baking tray lined with non stick paper.

    Season with salt.

    Bake for 25 minutes or until chips are crisp and golden.
