- 3 large potatoes, peeled cut into thick chips
- sea salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 220C

2Place potatoes in a steamer for 7-8 minutes.

3Potatoes should be partly cooked and not completely tender.

4Lightly coat potatoes with olive oil.

5Put them on a baking tray lined with non stick paper.

6Season with salt.

7Bake for 25 minutes or until chips are crisp and golden.
