- 1 med onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. long grain white rice
- 2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Saute onion in butter until transparent.

2Combine onion, rice and broth and bring to a boil on top of stove.

3Put in covered casserole and cook in 325° oven for 25 minutes.

4Fluff with fork before serving.

5Cold leftovers of this can be used for your favorite fried rice recipe.
