  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 18 cup smoked paprika
  • 18 cup chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • olive oil

Directions

    Dice the chicken breasts into large chunks.

    Mix smoked paprika, chili powder, pepper, and garlic salt together in a bowl.

    Coat the diced chicken completely with the spice mixture.

    Cover the bottom of a large skillet with a thin layer of olive oil.

    Heat the oil on medium until hot and then add chicken.

    Cook chicken with turning until completely done.

    This is about 10 minutes.
