- 18 cup smoked paprika
- 18 cup chili powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- olive oil
Directions

1Dice the chicken breasts into large chunks.

2Mix smoked paprika, chili powder, pepper, and garlic salt together in a bowl.

3Coat the diced chicken completely with the spice mixture.

4Cover the bottom of a large skillet with a thin layer of olive oil.

5Heat the oil on medium until hot and then add chicken.

6Cook chicken with turning until completely done.

7This is about 10 minutes.
