   Spray whipped cream on one side of chocolate wafer.

   Spray one side of another wafer and put it on top of first wafer.

   Continue this until you have a stack of 5 wafers and whipped cream.

   Lay stack of wafers on their side on tray.

   Continue making stacks of wafers until tray is filled.

   Refrigerate 4 hours so cookies will soften.

   When ready to serve, spread remaining whipped cream over cookies to cover entire stack.

   Add sprinkles.

   Cut stacks diagonally so each piece is striped.
