- 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- lb. cooked and drained sausage
Directions

1Layer ingredients in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole in the following order:

2bread cubes, cooked sausage, green peppers and cheese.

3Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
