  • 6 to 8 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sherry or water
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine or butter

Directions

    Melt butter in oven.

    Flour chicken.

    Lay into melted butter, skin side down.

    Bake at 400° for 30 to 45 minutes.

    Turn skin side up.

    Mix water (sherry) and 2 cans chicken soup.

    Bake at 400° until it bubbles and then reduce heat to 350° for 1 hour, or bake at 300° for 2 hours.
