- 6 c. warm water
- 1 c. shortening (1/2 butter)
- 4 eggs
- 20 c. flour
- 1 envelope dry yeast
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Start at 4:30 to 5:00 p.m.

2Dissolve yeast in warm water.

3Add melted shortening and butter, sugar, salt and eggs.

4Beat and add flour until you can't beat anymore.

5Then knead the rest of the flour in.

6Dough will be sticky.

7Knead, then cover with towel. Set in warm place.

8Punch down every hour until 9:30 or 10.

9Make into buns and put on greased pans.
-
10Cover with towel and plastic. Set overnight.

11Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
