  • 2 c. cooked chicken
  • 7 oz. macaroni (raw)
  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans milk
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • small amount pimento

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, part of the time covered.

    Remove cover last half hour so top will brown.
