Overnight Crock-Pot Apple Butter

- 8 c. thick apple pulp
- 4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Peel, core and slice apples.

2Add only enough water to cook apples until soft.

3Press through fine sieve or put into food blender and measure.

4Combine all ingredients in crock-pot turned onto highest heat.

5Cook covered 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove lid.

6Reduce heat to low and cook remainder of night.

7No need to stir.

8In morning, put hot apple butter into clean jelly jars and seal with new lids and rings.
