Overnight Easy Coffee Cake

- 1 pkg. frozen roll dough (about 20 balls)
- 1 pkg. (4 serving) vanilla or butterscotch pudding (not instant)
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 stick butter, melted
Directions

1Combine pudding mix (dry) with brown sugar and nuts.

2Place pieces of frozen dough in a well-greased Bundt pan.

3Pour melted butter over frozen dough and sprinkle with pudding mixture.

4Leave pan out overnight; dough rises beautifully by A.M.

5(I usually put a piece of wax paper lightly over top as it rises.)

6Bake at 350°. Invert on serving plate and eat!
