Overnight Easy Coffee Cake

  • 1 pkg. frozen roll dough (about 20 balls)
  • 1 pkg. (4 serving) vanilla or butterscotch pudding (not instant)
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

    Combine pudding mix (dry) with brown sugar and nuts.

    Place pieces of frozen dough in a well-greased Bundt pan.

    Pour melted butter over frozen dough and sprinkle with pudding mixture.

    Leave pan out overnight; dough rises beautifully by A.M.

    (I usually put a piece of wax paper lightly over top as it rises.)

    Bake at 350°. Invert on serving plate and eat!
