- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. cooked flaked panfish
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- chopped nuts
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and mix well.

2Chill for several hours and form into a ball.

3Roll in Cheddar cheese and nuts.

4This is a soft spread and forms better if it is left in the refrigerator overnight before rolling in cheese.
