- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 to 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown sausage; drain and spread over bread cubes in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard; pour over sausage. Sprinkle cheese over top.

3May refrigerate overnight and bake in the morning at 350° for 45 minutes.
