  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 4 to 6 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown sausage; drain and spread over bread cubes in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard; pour over sausage. Sprinkle cheese over top.

    May refrigerate overnight and bake in the morning at 350° for 45 minutes.
