- 3 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Beat egg whites until foamy.

2Add sugar and continue beating. Fold in graham cracker crumbs and baking soda.

3Mix in nuts with spatula and spoon into greased pie plate.

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until toothpick when inserted comes out dry. Refrigerate overnight.

5Top with 4 ounces whipped cream before serving.
