- 1/2 cup bulgur
- 3 tbsp. oats, rolled (raw)
- 1 tbsp. molasses
- 1/3 cup dried fruit
- 1-1/2 cup water
Directions

1Place all of the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.

2Stir well.

3Cover and refrigerate overnight.

4Transfer to a saucepan or microwaveable dish.

5Stove method: Cook over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently.

6Microwave method: Cover with clear plastic wrap, vented at one corner.

7Microwave at 100 percent power for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring twice while heating.
