  • 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
  • 16 oz. half and half
  • 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, cubed
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine

Directions

    Melt Velveeta and margarine with half and half in microwave. Pour over potatoes in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Soak overnight in refrigerator.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
