Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry yeast
  • 3 c. warm water
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 10 c. flour

Directions

    About 5 p.m., dissolve yeast in warm water.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Mix well and knead every hour until 9:30 p.m. Shape in desired rolls and allow to raise overnight (covered). Bake next morning at 350° for about 15 to 20 minutes.
