- 1 small cake yeast
- 3 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. soft margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 7 to 9 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Start these rolls at 5 p.m.

2Dissolve yeast in warm water; add margarine, sugar and eggs.

3Add 7 to 9 cups flour and salt.

4Mix as you would any yeast dough.

5Should be a little bit sticky. Punch down every hour for 5 hours.

6Shape into rolls, buns, coffee cake, etc., then put on greased pans.

7Cover with a light cloth and let stand overnight on counter.
