- 1 large head cabbage, shredded
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 c. olive oil
Directions

1Place alternate layers of the cabbage and onion in a bowl. Combine the sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed, mustard and oil in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

2Pour over the cabbage mixture and cover airtight.

3Refrigerate overnight.
