Overnight Yeast Rolls

  • 1 cake or 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. warm water
  • 8 c. flour

Directions

    Mix yeast, 1/2 c. warm water and 1/2 tsp. sugar, set aside for 10 minutes until yeast bubbles.

    Mix together with a beater the eggs 1/2 c. sugar, oil and salt.

    Add 4 c. warm water, yeast mixture and 8 c. flour, mixing as you go.

    Knead until smooth. Cover dough with saran wrap and refrigerate until you use. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Can be used for bread, dinner rolls or sweet rolls.
