- 1 cake or 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 c. warm water
- 8 c. flour
Directions

1Mix yeast, 1/2 c. warm water and 1/2 tsp. sugar, set aside for 10 minutes until yeast bubbles.

2Mix together with a beater the eggs 1/2 c. sugar, oil and salt.

3Add 4 c. warm water, yeast mixture and 8 c. flour, mixing as you go.

4Knead until smooth. Cover dough with saran wrap and refrigerate until you use. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

5Can be used for bread, dinner rolls or sweet rolls.
