- 3 lb. oxtail
- 1/4 c. celery, chopped
- 10 1/4 oz. can condensed tomato soup
- 1 pkg. onion gravy mix
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
- 4 oz. can tomato sauce
Directions

1Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Boil oxtails until tender, very tender.

2Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer until thick, for about 20 minutes.
