- 4 cans smoked oysters, drained
- 1/4 lb. bacon, cut into small pieces
- 1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Place drained oysters in baking pan. Sprinkle with bacon pieces.

3Bake until bacon is crisp. Remove from oven. Sprinkle liberally with Cheddar cheese. When cheese is fully melted, serve with thin slices of French bread.
