- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. celery salt
- 2 tsp. finely minced parsley
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole oysters
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Saute onion in butter in a large saucepan.

2Stir in flour, salt, pepper, celery salt and parsley.

3Cook until bubbly.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in milk gradually.
-
6Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Stir in oysters and liquid.

7Heat to serving temperature.

8Serve sprinkled with minced parsley.
