- 1 (10 oz.) can beef broth
- 1/2 soup can water
- 8 oz. egg noodles
- 1 c. grated American cheese
- 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Prepare oven to 325°.

2Bring broth and water to boil in saucepan.

3Add noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

4Stir in cheese and mushrooms.
