  • 4 (12 oz.) containers oysters
  • 1 c. chopped green onions with tops
  • 1 c. minced fresh parsley
  • 2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 c. butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Drain oysters. Pat dry with paper towels. Arrange oysters in 12 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish. Top with layers of green onion, 1 cup parsley and cracker crumbs. Combine next 4 ingredients, mixing well. Pour evenly over cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Yield: 12 servings.
