- 1 can oysters
- 1/4 lb. crackers
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. processed (Velveeta type) cheese, more or less to taste
- milk
- broccoli, chopped (fresh or frozen) (optional)
Directions

1Drain oysters, reserving liquid.

2Crumble crackers.

3Mix oyster liquid with about equal amounts of milk and the mushroom soup and heat on slow burner.

4Add drained oysters to the crackers, cubed cheese, and chopped broccoli.

5Lightly stir in the liquid mixture.

6Turn into sprayed ovenproof dish and bake uncovered in 400° oven for about 30 minutes.
