- 1 pt. oysters
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) can corn
- 1 c. cooked diced potato
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Drain oysters, reserving liquid.

2Saute onion and celery in butter until tender in a Dutch oven.

3Add milk, oyster liquid, corn, potato, salt and pepper.

4Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until heated.

5Add oysters; simmer 5 minutes or until oyster edges curl.

6Sprinkle lightly with paprika.

7Serves 8.
