- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. oyster crackers
- 1 1/4 c. oil
- 1 pkg. Original Hidden Valley dressing mix
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. onion salt
Directions

1Mix last 5 ingredients in bowl.

2Let stand a few minutes. Pour over crackers, stirring the oil and herbs (dill weed settles to bottom).

3Mix well with spatula.

4Divide between two jelly roll pans.

5Cook in a 200° to 225° oven for about an hour (stir at 30 minutes and switch top and bottom pans).

6Turn off oven.

7Let cool in oven overnight, as this makes them crisp.

8Store in an airtight container.
