Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 8 doz. oysters
- 1 loaf French bread, broken into small pieces and softened in oyster water
Directions

1In a skillet, saute onion, green onions and celery in oil until tender.

2Add chopped parsley.

3Drain oysters and cut into pieces.

4Add oysters to skillet mixture and cook until liquid is absorbed.

5Remove any hard crusts from the softened bread and add to oyster mixture, cooking until mixed.

6Serves 8.
