- 1 bay leaf
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 12 c. dry bread crumbs
- 4 eggs
- 2 pt. oysters
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- milk
Directions

1Cook bay leaf, celery and onion until tender.

2Discard bay leaf.

3Add parsley and bread crumbs.

4Mix thoroughly.

5To this, add eggs, oysters, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.

6Add milk to oyster liquid to make 1/2 to 2/3 cup of liquid.

7Mix all together.

8Put in crock-pot and cook for 1 hour on high and 4 hours on low.
