Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 2 jars oysters, drained and chopped (save about 2 c. water)
- giblets from turkey, chopped fine
- small amount liver
- 1 loaf French bread, stale
- 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 pieces celery, chopped
- 6 big toes garlic, chopped
- 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
- 3 raw eggs
- pinch of oregano
- approximately 1 tsp. black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1In large pot, mix together all ingredients.

2Wet bread with oyster water and water.

3Squeeze off excess water.

4Mix with everything else.

5In large frying pan, put 1 cup cooking oil. Heat well, then turn down heat to halfway.

6Put stuffing in pan and fry for 1/2 hour until light brown, stirring constantly. Stuff bird.

7Cover with foil.

8Put it in oven at 350° for 5 to 6 hours.
