- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 3 qt. torn bread
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
- 1 pt. oysters, pureed in blender
- oyster liquid and poultry stock to equal 3 c.
- 1 1/2 c. ground cooked pork sausage
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in butter in a 4-quart stock pot or saucepan about 2 minutes.

2Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole and bake in 350° oven 45 to 60 minutes.

3Makes 10 to 12 servings, enough for 10 to 12 pound turkey.
