- 1 qt. oysters
- 1 qt. milk
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- black pepper
- 6 drops Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Remove any pieces of shell from oysters but do not wash.

2Melt butter in saucepan; drop oyster in and cook until oysters begin to curl at the edges.

3Add salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce.

4Scald milk and combine with the oysters.

5Serve immediately.
