- 1 pt. oysters
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Carefully clean fresh oysters or drain canned oysters.

2Melt butter or margarine.

3Add drained oysters and cook for 3 minutes or until edges curl.

4Add milk, salt and pepper and bring almost to boiling point.

5Serve hot.

6Garnish with paprika. Yields 6 servings.
