- 1 qt. milk
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- salt
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Put raw oysters in saucepan.

2Add butter and seasoning.

3Cook for 2 minutes, allowing edges of oysters to curl.

4Add milk and heat, but not to boiling point.

5Salt to taste and sprinkle with paprika in serving dishes.
