  • 1 qt. milk (half canned milk and half sweet milk)
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Heat oysters in their liquid until they start to curl.

    Add salt, pepper, butter and milk.

    Heat just until it starts to boil, but do not boil.
