- 1 qt. oysters, unwashed
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 pt. milk, 1/2 cream
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Directions

1Lightly butter bottom of saucepan.

2Saute oysters until edges curl.

3Add butter, let it melt.

4Add milk mixture and egg yolks. Add salt and pepper.

5Do not boil.

6Serve hot with oyster crackers.
