Ingredients

  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • 1 pt. oysters with juice
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • dash of black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire

Directions

    Heat milk and cream to just ready to boil, over low to medium heat.

    In small pan, put remaining ingredients, including oyster liquid.
  3. 3
    Cook until edges start to curl on oysters.
  4. 4
    Add to milk mix and serve immediately.
